The Foundations vision and mission is to provide amazing projects and events that build stronger communities, bring people together and tackle health inequalities, using sport and activity as a vehicle for success.
As a health and wellness based business we understand how important it is for us to empower the communities we serve so we are always looking at ways we can help the community grow stronger, build cohesion and bridge the health inequalities gap.
We work with international brands and local government organisations to help them realise their targets and get people involved in sport and physical activity. It’s something we have a passion for and we love making it happen!

Arguably one of the most important projects we’ve completed to date. After being approached by Active Cheshire to develop a program to tackle inequalities, with St Barnabas CofE Primary School, we came up with Barnie’s Rise & Shine.
A unique breakfast club to engage children back in to school life, physical activity and making healthy life choices. Watch the video below to gain an insight how this project has made an impact to many lives in Warrington.
We are a trusted partner for Cheshire West & Wirral and Wigan local authorities and provide HAF funded holidays camps for schools in the area.
HAF Camps have made a huge difference to the lives of young people in deprived areas by giving them positive activities, health and wellbeing programs and lots of fun during the holidays.

Tackling inequalities is a huge part of what we love doing. So when we were asked to to help upskill Muslim women from the local community we jumped at the chance to help out.
The BAC AT U project gave us an opportunity to create a bespoke course aimed at upskilling Muslim women to become community activators.
The key focus was to build each persons confidence so they had the skills, knowledge and confidence to go out and help their local community by volunteering and even creating their own physical activity projects
Some of our most-in-need people in society get left behind when it comes to sport and physical activity. During lockdown many of these essential services had to close due to a lack of funding.
However we worked hard to find funding for WISC and we were thrilled to be able to help them provide chair based exercises during lockdown.
The aim was to keep their attendees fit and healthy but also connected to each other and the club during the difficult months in lockdown.
A hugely successful project that helped keep the club and its amazing services open for the community.
We have been coaching in the community since 2009. We know what works and we know how to get the best out of people.
